ON ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
Parnell Motors Ltd may from time to time extend credit to customers. Any debt not settled is subject to Repairers’ Liens and commercially established debt collection process’. Where a debt has not been paid after contact with a customer, the debt may be referred on to a Debt Collector. In this situation the collection costs will also be the liability of the customer. Unresolved disputes can be referred to the Disputes Tribunal.
